Our Story

NoteLedger was born out of a real need. As active mortgage note investors at Heirloom Equity, we spent years managing our portfolio with spreadsheets, manual servicer reports, and disconnected tools. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we built it. NoteLedger is the platform we wished existed when we started — purpose-built for the unique challenges of note investing. From tracking P&I allocations across multiple entities to automating servicer data imports, every feature comes from real experience managing a real portfolio.

Heirloom Equity

Heirloom Equity is a private equity firm specializing in mortgage note investing, commercial property partnerships, and private lending. Our philosophy is simple: together we will leave a legacy. We believe in duplicating proven success, measuring performance continuously, and managing risk proportionally.
